The DTP Designer is responsible for preparing and delivering technically accurate, print-ready artwork across packaging and marketing materials. This role ensures all artwork meets brand, regulatory, and industry standards, while maintaining visual consistency across product ranges. The DTP Designer works closely with designers, merchandisers, and printers to translate creative concepts into precise production files — ensuring every design is executed flawlessly from layout to print
• 5+ years’ experience in DTP, or pre-press production.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in packaging production.
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, with proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, including colour management, die-lines, and file preparation.
• Proven ability to apply brand and regulatory packaging standards accurately.
• Experience working directly with printers and production teams to ensure print quality and consistency.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Must be able to work full-time, on-site during office hours
